Winlock Security has confirmed the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors.
Finance manager Dave Clark becomes finance director, while Nathan Hutchon, becomes sales director.
Managing director Alan Parker said: “Dave and Nathan have both performed outstandingly well in the 10 years that we have owned Winlock, and in particular during the huge challenges of the last two years.
“They have made a major contribution to Winlock’s transformation.
“They will be joining me and Michael Davidsen on the Winlock Board, helping to drive the development of the business in the long term.”
