Framexpress has hosted its first Social Media Workshop, a new support function for its Club Framexpress customers.

The Telford-based fabricator, working in partnership with marketing agency Balls2 Marketing, welcomed over 15 of its customers for the day in Coventry, providing them with social media tips and advice.

The beginner level workshop focused on helping customers understand their social media goals, which platforms would be best for optimum lead generation, whether paid social media advertising is a worthy investment and a range of hints, tips and risks they should be aware of.

Joint MD Stuart Greensaid: “Navigating social media can be tricky, especially when it comes to generating business from it, and knowing where to start is often what stops people altogether.

“By offering our customers simple tips and tricks on how to navigate these tools, it will hopefully be a valuable method of generating business for them.”
