Conservatory Outlet has again passed its ISO 9001:2015 assessment.

Head of technical, quality and continuous improvement Scott Brittain said: “This achievement underlines how committed the company is to the quality management system, ensuring that our Premium Retail Network and their customers receive market-leading products that truly are best-in-class in terms of performance, quality and security.”

“The assessors were once again delighted with our exceptionally high standards. We’re thrilled with the feedback that we’ve received and we’re looking forward to working towards renewing and gaining further qualifications in 2024.”

Managing director Mick Giscombe added: “Renewing our ISO 9001 accreditation for another year is an impressive achievement. It underlines how seriously we take quality and continue to push forward to make improvements across all aspects of the business, which only benefits our clients and customers.”
