Francis Cholley has taken the reins as managing director of Swisspacer, in succession to Victoria Renz-Kiefel, who now becomes director of systems and solutions at Saint-Gobain Germany.

Francis Cholley, who has been with Saint-Gobain for 28 years, in various positions and organisations, most recently in the Asian region. He gained many years of experience, lately at SageGlass, the division for electrochromic glazing.

He said of the move: “The first impression I got from the team, which is very customer-centric and truly dedicated, is impressive. I have managed many businesses at Saint-Gobain, but Swisspacer is one of a kind. I look forward to continuing on the outstanding course set by Victoria Renz-Kiefel.”

In his first few weeks, he will be managing Swisspacer together with Victoria Renz-Kiefel to ensure a smooth transition.

She said: “Working together as a team, we have been able to initiate many things to put the company on a sound footing for the future, such as our new CRM or the development of the sustainability strategy,” she said.

In her new role at Saint-Gobain, she will be promoting cross-brand collaboration in consulting for investors, architects and planners.
