Northern Building Plastics has introduced a new online ordering system and the expansion of customer support teams at all of its depots.
Sales director Stephen Jones said: “We offer free next-day delivery on all our orders, and you can order up until 10 pm and still get it your products the very next day!
“We know that everyone has their schedules in place, but when things don’t go to plan, or you need something quickly, having an option to help with last-minute disruptions will save our customers so much hassle. Our orders are packed overnight, ready for delivery first thing, saving you time on-site and keeping your project running smoothly.
“We’ve also expanded our customer support teams at all of our depots. We now offer support to traders from 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays and 8am – 12pm on Saturdays. Our advisors are on hand to help with product advice, quotes, or simply taking orders.
