Dynatech Engineering customers have been assured as seamless integration after its acquisition by Kenrick.
Then integration is now complete and the name of Dynatech will cease to be used as a trading name but will operate as a brand under Archibald Kenrick and Sons.
Kenrick general manager Martin Smith said: “We are committed to ensuring Dynatech’s customers have a seamless transition to the new arrangements. Our priority is to maintain the high level of service and quality they have come to expect, whilst introducing them to the wider range of products and expertise available through Kenrick.”
Dynatech Engineering, previously based in Willenhall in the West Midlands, manufactures bespoke products for PVC-U and timber doors and windows, including the Locit window and door cable safety restrictor.
