Trade outlet NBP, with branches in Leeds and Bolton, is expanding into the Midlands with a depot set to open in Hinkley in November.
Sales director Stephen Jones said: “Following the success of our Leeds and Bolton depots, we are expanding our network across the UK and Hinckley is a fantastic location to serve the Midlands.
“Hinckley’s excellent transport links will provide us with easy access to the Midlands, which means we can offer our next day delivery service on 1,000s of products.”
To get the depot ready for opening, the initial 27,000 sq ft space has already been expanded to 30,710 sq ft with the addition of a new mezzanine floor.
The expansion comes as part of NBP’s plan to offer more coverage across the UK. The depot, located at Lime Kiln Business Park will create more than 40 new jobs in the area including drivers, warehousing and sales roles.
