Victorian Sliders has this week confirmed the appointment last November of Steve Winslet as Group Managing Director in succession to Andy Jones, who left the post in June.

Initially, Steve will work under the guidance of company founder and CEO Scot Starkey, before gradually assuming responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.

Scot said of the appointment: “Following a £14m investment from the BGF, we’ll be striving for further growth, innovation and operational efficiencies, and Steve will play a vital role in helping us achieve that.

“We’ve just enjoyed one of the most successful years in our history, demand for quality ECOSlide sash windows is at an all-time high – and we’ve still got big ambitions for the future.”

Steve replied: “Scot and the team have done an incredible job over the last fifteen years, and created a manufacturing powerhouse with thousands of customers around the UK.

“Together, I’m certain we can achieve even bigger and better things in the years ahead.”

Andy Jones, left the company after two years in the role https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=3315 , and later emerged as commercial director of Korniche Fabricator Made for Trade https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=4554
