Anyone who might doubt the long-term benefits of a good reputation might learn from Wolverhampton Glass after the installer was called on to replace the windows at one house just 37 years after putting in the first set.

Homeowner Steve Trainer said he remembered how impressed he had been with company’s work in 1985 so didn’t hesitate to call on the firm again when the original hardwood and aluminium windows needed replacing.

Now he is very happy with his Deceuninck Heritage 2800 windows, and even added that there may be yet more business as a result, as he explained: “We wanted to use a local company, and the new windows are brilliant. The fitters were very quick, very thorough, and everything was as it should be.

“Even the neighbours were impressed, and we’ve had a few people ask us about the service.”

Wolverhampton Glass MD Neal Harper, , said: “For Mr Trainer to keep us in mind after 37 years was brilliant and it is testament to the local reputation Wolverhampton Glass has built up over the last 45-plus years. It shows why building an excellent local name through quality products and service over many years is so vital.

“The Deceuninck Heritage 2800 system was the perfect solution for the client thanks to look, performance and security. The windows and doors are hugely complementary to the property.”

Wolverhampton Glass has over 45 years of industry experience and is part of Sustainium, a group set up to acquire local home improvement companies and invest in their future.
