Fascias, soffits, and gutter products have been used in Vistry Group’s ‘Home of the Future’ at the group’s new Innovation Centre at its timber-frame construction factory in Leicester.
Vistry constructed the fully functional future home using 18 different trades and 54 suppliers, featuring more than 100 different products and smart technologies.
Freefoam national new build & specification manager Simon Parrott, who recently visited the centre, said: “Vistry’s Innovation Centre is a great example of what is possible when supply chains come together to pursue sustainable solutions.
