Business Pilot, the CRM and business management system for installers, now has almost unlimited integration opportunities thanks further development of its Open API.
The latest system development allows any third-party software with an API to directly link with the Business Pilot system, including manufacturing and supplier ordering platforms, VOIP systems, quoting tools and customer communication platforms, including WhatsApp & SMS.
“This upgrade to our Open API is a game-changer,” said Ryan Schofield, Technical Director at Business Pilot. “We already have several direct integrations with commonly used platforms such as Tommy Trinder, Windowlink and Xero. But with this Open API upgrade, virtually any other system with an API can integrate with our system, giving Business Pilot users the option to connect their preferred software.
“Data transfers happen in real-time, as opposed to at scheduled intervals, reducing delays and ensuring seamless automation between Business Pilot and other software tools. And we have increased the number of ‘endpoints’ available via the API to enable the updating of POs, invoices, service calls, quote information, sales values, and quote documents by connected tools.”
For any businesses who do not have access to an experienced developer to support Open API set-up, they can use Zapier, a software bridge platform that simplifies the integration process.
“Installers can now automate tasks in ways they never thought possible. We encourage everyone to visit our stand, experience the system in action, and discover how they can take their business to the next level,” Ryan concluded.
