Carl F Groupco has launched a new fully responsive and bespoke website combining all three of its brands, Fuhr, Roto, and Yale, into one database that will allow for enhanced customer support for hardware brands such as.
In addition to the core Carl F Groupco hardware range, the site also gives access to both Carl F direct, a direct mail and e-commerce tool business, and SmartSecure electronic multipoint door locking systems.
Marketing manager Clare White said: “It’s been important for us to bring together our three brands to provide our customers with a dedicated resource for all of their hardware and trade tool requirements. Aligning our brands will allow us to improve communication with our fabricator partners and concisely display our product offering, simplifying purchase decisions, access to product information and technical support.”
The next phase in the Carl F Groupco launch will encompass myCFG. A bespoke customer portal, myCFG will allow users to manage their account and orders, making ordering with Carl F Groupco easier than ever.
