Trade fabricator Modplan has further strengthened its sales management team with the appointment of Phil Ruggles as Business Development Manager
Phil brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the fenestration industry, offering a strong track record and deep market insight. His appointment underlines Modplanβs commitment to investing in talent that supports its long-term growth and customer-centric strategy.
