Carl F Groupco is now stocking the new Mantis 4 multipoint door lock released recently by Yale as an upgrade on its Mantis 3.
The Mantis 4 works with PVC-U, composite and timber style doors as well as single and french doors.
Upgraded features include a push-in snib feature that ensures the door remains open when required and pre-compression rollers within 100mm of the auxiliary cases to give better weather sealing and compression. Aesthetics have also been improved, with screw-in, hardened plastic tidy boxes.
The new lock retains many of the existing features that are unique to the Mantis range, including a chamfered linear bolt, an oversize deep penetrating hook offering 25mm engagement and allen key-compression adjustable keeps.
The lock meets the requirements of PAS24 and is covered by the Yale Security guarantee as part of a door-set.
