Wicona has launched Wictouch, a new range of minimalistic handles in one design for all of its aluminium window, door and sliding systems.

The handles feature squared edges and a rectangular rosette with an alternative, more minimalist, roseless design available for windows.

The range includes different handle types, from standard, lockable and tilt-first window options, to multiple door and lift-slide handles.

The window and door handles are manufactured using Hydro Circal 75R made with a minimum of 75% recycled post-consumer aluminium.

Product manager Gary Fowler said: “When we work with architects and specifiers, achieving consistency and flow across a building is always important and often there had to be compromise on the handle options, with different handle designs for different systems.

“We know that first impressions count and a door or window handle is often the first physical interaction a person has with a building. For the new Wictouch handle range, we’ve prioritised aesthetics as well as sustainability and performance, so that when you’re in a building no matter where you are, no matter where you go, you will always encounter a consistent look and feel.”
