First Degree Systems has been welcomed as a new member of the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB).
Sales manager Greg Beachim said: “CAB is the leading trade body for companies working with aluminium in the building sector, and we are proud to call ourselves members.
“Our Window Designer software is a key tool for fabricators expanding into aluminium production, because it processes window and door designs much faster than other platforms, while keeping overheads to a minimum. It is right, therefore, that we are in the same room as all the major systems houses and policy makers, which can help us to continue to improve upon that software.
“We can also provide an important link between CAB and a significant section of the domestic aluminium marketplace. Window Designer is used by most of the largest window fabricators in the UK, and if they haven’t already started fabricating aluminium products, it is likely that they have plans to.”
