Quotation software provider Compusoft Group has made a further inroad into the window & door sector with the acquisition of Access Information Technologies, US-based publisher of the contractERP management software.

The buyer says the deal extends its ability to manage complex business, operational and manufacturing processes ‘from front-end estimation through to back-end financials’.

“Joining Compusoft as part of their rapidly expanding window & door division is a fantastic next step in our company’s journey,” said Access IT partner and executive VP Bill Natalie.

“We are committed to continuing to deliver best-in-class solutions and support to our customers while embracing our new relationship with the Compusoft team. Over time, this will enable us to leverage their platforms, processes, and infrastructure which will continuously improve our customer’s experience, success, and bottom line.”

Compusoft Group CEO David Tombre added “We are excited to be able to offer our customers in the window & door industry an end-to-end solution to help support their success, as well as welcome new customers from adjacent industries such as architectural opening distribution and building material supply. Access IT’s strong history and core values match our own and we look forward to our combined future.”
