Pyroguard has increased its presence across the Middle East with the appointment of Lee Coates as Export Business Development Director and Sherif Khalifa as Technical Sales Manager.

Lee will be responsible for heading Pyroguard’s sales strategy, including the delivery of a region-specific test and certification plan.

Sherif will be based in Dubai where his knowledge of fire safety glass will underpin the regional activities through the provision of local, dedicated customer and project support.

Steve Goodburn, Pyroguard’s Business Development Director, said: “At Pyroguard, we are committed to supporting our customers and partners across the region and these latest appointments will play a key role in achieving this.

“This latest move also presents some great opportunities for collaboration with the wider svt team members, based in the group office in Dubai, with a host of other passive fire protection manufacturers and suppliers – all helping us to provide customers a more comprehensive and robust offering.

We’re proud to be able to offer a single source of supply for project support, through our technical team’s extensive knowledge and comprehensive library of certification.”
