The Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme has been announced as a finalist in this year’s GGP Installer Awards.
Chief executive Faisal Hussain, pictured, said “The whole team has worked hard to really maximise the installer journey benefits we provide to our members. Our mission is simple: to communicate to the industry at large that targeted, industry-specific support is available with a DGCOS membership.
“Our core principle as an organisation is to safeguard consumers when they are making decisions about buying door and window products. One of the ways we do this is to set standards among our installers, and ensure our installers go through a vetting process.”
