Dekko Window Systems has signed a multi-million-pound machinery deal with Haffner to supply a ‘world-first’ fully seamless window fabrication set up from Graf Synergy.

Sales director Kurt Greatrex said: “Following the success of our Infinity range of PVC-U windows, we’ve improved our offering to manufacture a window with a fully seamless weld. It’s a world first from Dekko, and we would not have been able to make it happen without the Graf Synergy machines from Haffner.

As previewed earlier, https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=6093 the new Infinity frame is said to be the world’s first fully welded seamless window complete with transoms and mullions, as well as cruciform and reverse butt welding.

“Dekko is the first company in the UK to offer this unique window, and we were delighted to showcase what it has to offer with Haffner at this year’s FIT Show.”

Haffner Managing Director Matt Thomas said: “The Graf Synergy patented technology delivers a serious competitive advantage for fabricators of all sizes. However, I also think that as the seamless technology becomes more widespread, it will become standard in the industry. Dekko Window Systems has really seized the initiative with their investment and I’d advise fabricators not to miss the opportunity to investigate the options for themselves.”
