Era has extended its offering of friction stays and added trickle vents for casement windows.
Manufactured from Stainless Steel and suitable for PVC, timber and aluminium windows, the suite of friction stays includes standard, egress only, egress easy clean and restricted versions. They are supplied with a 10 year mechanical guarantee and PAS 24 compliant when used in conjunction with a hingeguard in a compliant window system.
They meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 and have been rigorously tested for corrosion resistance up to 240 hours.
The trickle vents for PVCu casement windows meet the minimum requirements of Building Regulations Part F1:2010. They are available as 2500, 4000 or 5000 link vents and supplied separately in a variety of colours, the vents provide fabricators with a mix and match offering to suit the internal and external finishes of each window.
They are supplied with fixing clips already fitted.
