Kestrel Aluminium Systems and Kestrel Powder Coating have assured that all personnel and procedures will remain unchanged after the announcement that the group has been acquired by Schueco UK and its parent Schüco group.

Schueco UK MD Pete Temprell and Kestrel General Manager Nicola Baylis wrote to customers saying the two would continue to be operated as separate entities with Kestrel maintaining its Midlands base and there would be no changes to ordering, fulfilment, or payment processes for Kestrel, with lead times and deliveries continuing as usual.

They concluded: “Your Kestrel representatives and all Kestrel personnel remain the same and look forward to providing you with the same great products and services.”

Schueco UK Ltd is based in Milton Keynes and is part of the Schüco group based in Bielefeld Germany.
