The PiGs are back after nearly 18 months with a new Manchester venue to launch their post-lockdown programme of events.

“It’s been far too long since we saw everyone last in what is probably the most sociable industry in the world,” said organiser Sarah Ball.

“The format of the evening hasn’t changed, there are no speeches or presentations. It’s completely FREE to attend. However, we would ask everyone to register before turning up so we can keep people informed of any changes and updates.

“If you’re an old PiG or new to the industry, it would be fantastic to see you.”

The event starts at 5pm on Thursday 5 August at the new venue of Revolution de Cuba at 11 Peter Street, Manchester M2 5QR. A Birmingham event is planned for later in the year.

Sponsors for the event are Alutech Systems, APS Aluminium & Plastic Systems, Edgetech, Emplas, Extrudaseal, Georgian Bar Company, Glass Times, Glazerite, Glazpart, Haffner Murat, Quickslide, RegaLead, Selecta Systems, Thermoseal, UK Doors Online, Unique Window Systems, VEKA, Vita Hardware, Yale Door and Window Solutions …plus, ‘an exciting new brand for the industry’, Sarah added.
