A formal notice of the meeting, due to be held in virtual form on Thursday (June 17), says it was convened by company director Nigel Greening and is to be preceded by a meeting of shareholders with a view to a voluntary winding up of the company.Insolvency practitioner Nicholas Cusack of Parker Andrews, Norwich, is acting in relation to the company.
