From 22 to 25 October 2024 glasstec will confirm its position as the world-leading trade fair for the glass industry welcoming over 1,250 exhibitors from 52 countries to Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. The trade fair presents the complete spectrum of glass production, glass processing and glass products – from manufacturing to innovative applications and technologies.
Exhibitors and visitors from around the world are expected to attend. Side events focusing on digital technologies, circularity and decarbonisation round off the trade fair experience promoting knowledge exchange and networking at the highest level.
A clear indicator of the sector’s innovative power is the START-UP ZONE, which is again fully sold out and will prove a major attraction this year. Here young, dynamic companies will be showcasing their creative solutions and forward-looking technologies – from innovative materials to state-of-the-art applications.
The side events centrepiece is the glasstec conference. On three stages symposia, expert talks and forums will provide deep dives into current and future challenges of the glass industry. Formats such as the glass trends sessions, the glass melting pot, Handwerk Live, the architecture forum, thebird protection forum and CircuClarity One allow attendees the opportunity for intensive exchange with lexperts and decision-makers.
