Alucraft Systems, the £18.6milion sales architectural glazing fabricator and installer which went into administration in March, owed over £7.7million to the supply chain, according to documents posted with Companies House.

The company, based in Tamworth, with a second unit in Rotherham from the earlier collapse of Façade and Glazing Solutions https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=12147 was part of the Clarison Group along with Alucraft Ltd, EAG, and William Cox.

Documents relating to the company at the time said it: “had been unable to trade profitably for several years, in spite of “considerable investment” and despite securing a big job recently.”

Administrators are PWC.
