Terry Healey Group, Edinburgh-based window, door and all-trades contractor, has acquired Custom Build Solutions Ltd (CBS), with all the latter’s employees and client & service agreements transferring to the new owner.
CBS director Danni Moss will be joining Terry Healy Group as director of its newly launched THG Windows & Doors division, while fellow director Paul Browne will joining the group as director of THG Electrical Services.
Group director Gayle Healy said: “This investment represents an important strategic opportunity to offer additional home improvement services to our expanding client base within Edinburgh & The Lothians.
“The acquisition also adds additional capacity to service future clients and new business opportunities, both locally and nationally. Existing CBS clients will also benefit from 5-star customer service and support from Terry Healy Group Ltd.”
