Andrew Scott, CEO of Insight Data and Purplex Marketing and founder of the Glazing Summit, has announced the sale of the annual conference to Mark Allen Group.

Andrew said: “I created the Glazing Summit to enable the industry to connect, learn and share valuable insights and experience. We held the first event in 2018 and it’s gone from strength to strength with a first-class conference and gala dinner.

“This year we had almost 500 industry professionals attend the event tackling the biggest issues facing our sector.”

He continued: “Mark Allen Group is a major media business that specialises in events such as the Glazing Summit and are ideally placed to take the event forward. Insight Data and Purplex will continue to support the Summit as it goes from strength to strength, while I look forward to spending more time working closely with clients as the industry faces some challenges ahead.” 

He added that he will remain closely linked to the event.
