Some 453 Spectus Elite 70 windows and 115 doors are being manufactured and installed in the first phase of Woodland Rise, a new build housing development in Langtoft, Lincolnshire, by Ashwood Homes.

The new build project was awarded to Spectus’ fabricator Highseal Manufacturing Company based in Scunthorpe. The business operates under CE Markings and BSi Kitemark standards ensuring their products meet Approved Document Q requirements.

The 453 casement windows, 41 front doors, 36 back doors and 38 French doors are being manufactured from the Spectus Elite 70 PVC-U system.

The 41 new first-phase plots were specified in a mixture of Chartwell Green, Cream and Anthracite Grey foiled finishes on white.

To ensure strong plot reservation on the first phase, CAD design images for CGI image development have been produced so potential purchasers could visualise the homes.

Highseal office manager Holly Donaldson said: “We are excited to partner Ashwood Homes on this prestigious new site which will offer some fantastic homes with great characteristics. We know the quality standard of our windows and doors will meet the requirements needed for the prestige site and bring many benefits to the eventual home owners.”

Construction of the Woodland Rise development began in April this year with all phases due to be completed by January, 2024.

Ashwood Homes sales manager Chloe King said: “All of the properties are built in traditional brick and stone to complement the properties in the nearby village. We specified the windows and doors in a selection of traditional colour hues to accentuate the high-end traditional features of the properties which is proving popular with our customers.”
