Double R Glass & Roofing Systems has been selected as a finalist for Best Glass Company at this year’s G-Awards.
Managing director Ian Sims said: “Balancing customer needs with supply relationships and your own productivity and profitability is never easy but in the last 18 months we have continued to deliver new initiatives to customers, achieved some of our best sales results in the company’s history, and doubled productivity.
“Throughout our entire 21-year history, we have unequivocally put our customers first and this hasn’t faltered through the additional challenges we’ve faced in the last 18 months. It’s not always easy when the pressure mounts to stay focussed on what’s important, but we’re incredibly proud of the additional efforts the entire team at Double R has put in to support our customers.
