Kestrel Customer Service Coordinator Cerys Coy has been named Support Services Apprentice of the Year at North Lindsey College in her home town of Scunthorpe as part of its celebrations for National Apprenticeship Week.

The 19-year-old said: “This award means so much to me because it really shows that if you really put your mind to something and work hard for it you will see results and succeed.”

“I worked hard throughout my apprenticeship and continue to work hard every day to ensure I provide the best service to our customers that I can.

Kestrel Customer Services Manager Lee-Anne Harris said, “Cerys came to us in April 2019, and from the beginning her commitment to the role as an employee and student in her apprenticeship was evident.“Cerys’ work is truly commendable and we appreciate her contribution. Her award for Support Services Apprentice of the year is very well deserved.”
