Polish-based premium door manufacturer Wiśniowski has begun an inroad into the UK market with the launch of Aperture, a retail outlet and UK partner for the brand.

The move is headed by Steve Hudson of JDUK, Alunet, Comp Door, UKdoorsonline, and SGG, also CEO of Aperture, who now aims to grow the brand here via a number of regional trade partners as well as potentially opening other Aperture retail outlets.

He told The Glazine at the launch of the outlet, in Knutsford, Cheshire: “It is important to find the right trade partners but we would be looking to work with perhaps 10 or 15 around the UK.

“There is also potential to expand by opening other Aperture retail outlets in similar high-income areas.”

Wiśniowski has some presence in the UK via its garage doors, windows and exterior gates, with a few residential doors sold alongside those products but this is the first time the residential door has been brought here in any structured way.

The manufacturer’s sales director Pawel Cymorek, pictured left with Steve Hudson at the launch, says the aluminium doors has Ud-Value down to 0.8 W/m2K as well as RC3 anti-burglary classification. They include a range of smart functions and can be suited with the company’s garage doors, windows and gates.
