Aluminium fabricator CDW Systems has again achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification.
Group compliance manager Kevin Godden said: “Our content management system has been in place for more than five years and is audited every two to meet the exacting ISO 9001 standards set.
“At CDW Systems we have always been all about improvement and delivering high quality services to customers on a consistent basis and we have taken on board what we have needed to do, made the changes, and it has worked.
“I’ve had a lot of help from a lot of people in the company and the directors have supported me in that – it shows how dedicated everyone is to making sure these professional standards continue to be met and that we do business in the right way.”
Group chairman Jeremy Phillips added: “One of the things customers have always been guaranteed when dealing with CDW Systems is that all our products meet the correct industry standards and regulations, and we are a trusted supplier.
“While ISO 9001 is a challenge, it is so important to make sure we are doing this properly and it has certainly improved the way we operate. And with Kevin in the role for the last two years our performance has improved immensely.”
