The People in Glazing Society is back for 2022 with plans for five events, starting with Revolucion de Cuba Manchester on March 17.

“PiGs gives us the ideal opportunity to catch up with industry friends as well as meeting new people,” says PiGs organiser Sarah Ball of Balls2 Marketing.

“Our Birmingham event in November last year was the busiest one yet, showing how the popularity just keeps growing and growing, and we expect it to be even Pig-ger this year.”

As well as the Manchester event, PiGs will also be taking place at the FiT Show on May 11, in Bristol for the first time on June 23, Birmingham on September 29, and wrapping up with a visit to Las Vegas on October 19, in conjunction with Glass Build America.

Sarah added: “These events are very important for the industry – now more than ever after the last two years. As well as planning the events, sending out regular email updates and sharing news on social media, the team at Balls2 Marketing also coordinate the sponsorship money. Every single penny goes towards food and drink so that attendees can ‘swine and dine’.

Sponsors for the Manchester event so far are: 23 Doors, AGC, Alutech, APS Aluminium & Plastic Solutions, Arkay Windows, CompDoor, Emplas, Extrudaseal, FIT Show, Georgian Bar Company,  Glazerite,  Glazpart, QANW, Quickslide, RegaLead, Selecta Systems, Supalite, Supply 2 Trade, Thermoseal Group and UK Doors.
