The fate of two major industry names has now been confirmed with the appointment of administrators for Window Machinery Sales Ltd (Promac) and, separately, the posting of a Statement of Affairs following the liquidation of Panoramic Products Ltd.

The administration of Promac follows speculation over the company which began in November https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=4730 . The company, which has supplied aluminium, PVC and glass manufacturing machinery since 1979, is now in the hands of administrator Mark Bowen of MB Insolvency, Droitwich.

Panoramic Products liquidators Richard Pinder and Phil Deyes of Leonard Curtis have posted a Statement of Affairs for the company listing £1.6million debts to companies, employees and consumers, including loans totalling £714,000 from directors Alan Rees and Sharon Rees.
