Rehau fabricator Euroglaze has brought the products of sister company Ecotec closer to its customers with the integration of the premium brands’ customer services function into its own team.
Ecotec Architectural Window Solutions has been a part of the Euroglaze group for nearly a decade, supplying products from brands including Rationel, Internorm, Solarlux and Velfac with its own sales team and showroom, MD Martin Nettleton explained.
“What’s new though is that the Ecotec customer service team, led by Vailancia Rebelo, is now embedded within our customer service department here at Euroglaze in Barnsley, giving our existing installers and stockists a simple way to access these premium ranges,” he said.
“The Ecotec products may be new to Euroglaze customers, but the personalised service they can expect from our experts who really care about what they are selling will be very familiar. Both brands share the same commitment to quality at every touchpoint – from the initial enquiry, all the way to the delivery to site.”
“This is all about giving existing customers opportunities to expand out of the mainstream and into higher margin sectors, which are arguably better insulated from the cost of living crisis.”
