Herefordshire-based Advance Joinery Group has announced the acquisition of West-Midlands-based company, Malvern Glass.
The fabricator says the move will allow it to expand its footprint locally. It also aims to rebrand and add an extended showroom and add a trade counter as well as continuing its two other branches in Hereford and Kingsbridge, Devon.
Advance MD Andrew Buchanan said: “Both companies share a commitment to providing high-quality products and service, and we believe this acquisition will enable us to offer an even broader range of products to a wider customer base.”
