Victoria Brocklesby, COO and Co-founder of Origin, has been chosen to join The Manufacturer Top 100 for 2023.
She was selected from hundreds of nominations and represents one of 100 ‘unique and uplifting stories of struggle, grit, determination, and success against all the odds, personal tales of individuals helping to drive UK manufacturing forward’.
Victoria said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be included in this year’s Manufacturer Top 100, as a representative of the fenestration sector and female leaders in manufacturing, of which there aren’t many.
“I’m incredibly proud of the culture I have created at Origin where women are in prominent roles across all departments. I hope that continuing to champion diverse talent will help attract more dynamic thinkers into the industry.”
The Manufacturer Top 100 project was launched in 2014 to promote the exciting and fulfilling careers that exist in manufacturing after several academic and parliamentary studies identified a clear lack of visible role models within the sector.
