Nearly 170 Stellar Flush casement windows were manufactured and installed by Capital Windows to replace the original Crittal-style windows as part of a complete refurbishment of Belvedere Court, a private apartment block in North London’s NW2.

Capital general manager Peter Adams said: “This project is the perfect example of the transformational benefits of Stellar. The upgrade has helped to enhance the value of the apartments in the block and made them more comfortable to live in.”

Capital Windows of Uxbridge, Greater London works with domestic, trade and commercial sectors throughout the south-east of England. It has been manufacturing Stellar, which it markets under the brand name Evoke, since 2020.

Peter added: “We were an early adopter of the Stellar aluminium system as we were impressed with the unique flush aesthetics which has been instrumental in securing several large-scale domestic contracts. However, the thermal performance of Stellar is second to none, and as a result, we have won several commercial projects as the system easily complies with Part L of Building Regulations without complicated workarounds.”
