Senior Architectural Systems has joined forces Hallmark Doors and Panels to create a new residential entrance door combining Senior’s PURe thermal efficiency with PAS24 security.

The range combines Senior’s Commercial Door frame with Hallmark’s aluminium doors panels. It is available in a choice of designs from more than 50 Hallmark aluminium door panels. This is supported by Senior’s PURe technology with its polyurethane foam thermal barrier. The Hallmark door panels also feature a Raventherm thermal core with optional glazing trims.

Hallmark uses a four-stage pre-treatment process and cuts the door panels to size before powder coating to ensure a watertight seal to the edge of the aluminium skins.

The addition of the residential door means Senior’s PURe technology can be used across the full fenestration package for residential projects.

Senior sales director James Keeling-Heane said: “By being able to offer an efficient and attractive aluminium front door system we are continuing the evolution of our PURe range and making stylish, secure and sustainable aluminium fenestration accessible to a wider market.”

Hallmark sales director Paul Spencer added: “As the demand for full aluminium systems grows in the UK, together we can offer the trade and end users a comprehensive range of high-quality premium aluminium doors.”

The bespoke aluminium door panels can be ordered directly from Hallmark and then fitted into Senior’s PURe Commercial Doors. The companies add that customers are advised to clearly state their requirements at the specification stage as this is not a standard product.
