Quickslide has increased its focus on the new-build sector with the formation of a dedicated department to work with housebuilders, including additional resources such as regulatory and statutory demands; product development and design including technology and market trends, logistics and after-sales support.

Sales Director Tom Swallow says the specialist department will consolidate the firm’s resources for housebuilder customers.

“We have a long experience of serving housebuilders of various sizes, with projects ranging from small developments to large estates; our people understand the language and issues and they will now focus entirely on this sector, he added.

Quickslide already enjoys significant sales of windows and doors to housebuilders who, it says, are attracted by the company’s understanding of the particular needs of the sector as well as its investment in manufacturing technology.
