James Oliver Conservatories has been recognised for its customer service with the award of a Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, the independent review platform.

The Lincoln-based Conservatory Outlet member gained award for achieving an average customer score of 4.8/5. In the assessment period, the company received over 50 five-star reviews, contributing to a total recommendation rating of 96%. 

The award comes after the company gained Gold status from the same body in 2021.

Earlier this year, the company underwent an evaluation from Conservatory Outlet and was officially named a Conservatory Outlet Premium Retailer.
