Window Ware has congratulated Southeast ASM Rick Adams on 25 years of service with the company.
Managing director Sam Nuckey interrupted the monthly sales meeting at the Cheltenham offices of brand partner Yale, to present Rick with his long service award. Rick’s colleagues back at Window Ware headquarters in Bedford or working remotely joined the celebration virtually.
“Rick’s pride, enthusiasm and passion for the industry are truly infectious,” she said, “He’s a great guy to work with and always has a smile on his face and a story to tell.
“An invaluable asset to our team and a trusted partner to our customers, we’re incredibly grateful for how Rick’s efforts in the Southeast region and within the wider business have positively impacted his customers and the company that Window Ware has evolved into over the last 25 years.”
Rick replied: “Even after a quarter of a century, the job never gets old. This industry is constantly evolving and there’s always a new development, novel problem or fresh opportunity to keep me on my toes.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with an amazing bunch of colleagues and customers over the years, and together, we’re pushing the envelope and achieving great things every day.”
