Framexpress internal sales coordinator Alyson Westbrook has joined the Kelly’s Heroes Kilimanjaro fundraiser.
Alyson will take on the 5,895m peak over ten days in in September in support of the mental health support charity as well as the Shropshire-based Severn Hospice.
“It will definitely be one of the hardest things I have done, both physically and mentally, but I am more than ready for the challenge,” she said.
“Kelly’s Heroes and Severn Hospice are two charities that are very close to my heart, so they will be my driving force throughout this entire process, from training all the way to reaching the summit. I’ve had so many lovely messages and gestures of support from my Framexpress team, it’s made it all seem so real now.”
Framexpress joint MD Stuart Green added: “We are no stranger to raising funds for charity, and we have all done our fair share of fundraising over the years, but Alyson is definitely trumping us all with the most impressive challenge yet, and we have no doubt she’ll be able to do it.”
