Veka has revealed further details of Omnia, its new 70mm double flush PVCu profile suite for windows and doors.
Omnia, part of the manufacturer’s Imagine series, is capable of achieving U-Values of 0.79 W/m²K with triple glazing or 1.2²W/m²K double and is compatible for use with vacuum glass.
It is compatible with Veka standard beading and has the option of classic putty and rebated glazing beads for a more traditional looking profile.
It is compatible with mechanical jointing Fabrication such as Timberweld and Pro Join Gen 2, and can be used for casement and tilt/turn windows and French and residential doors.
The system was unveiled to fabricators last month https://www.the-glazine.com/?p=12020 , followed by an announcement via social media today (April 2) prior to a proposed announcement to trade press on April 19.
