Livingston-based Evoframes has been acquired in a pre-pack sale by Welsh fabricator Rooms & Views after being placed into administration last month.

Ken Pattullo, managing partner at Begbies Traynor in Scotland, said: “Unfortunately, like many businesses, Evoframes was severely impacted by higher interest rates as well as increasing costs over the last year.

“We are pleased to have completed a sale which sees the business continuing in the hands of new, but experienced owners and providing a more secure future for the 76-strong workforce.”

Evoframes was established in 2020 as a Veka fabricator, supplying trade customers across Scotland, including trade counters, builders, joiners and window fitters, delivering with its own fleet of trucks.

The acquisition was completed following an accelerated M&A process managed by Ken Pattullo and Jamie Taylor as joint administrators.

Rooms & Views is a Liniar fabricator, established in 2001, supplying trade, retail and new-build from its base in Buckley, North Wales.
