The Technical Fire Safety Group, owner of brands including Pyroguard and Fire Glass UK, has announced the acquisition of intumescent seal specialist Mann McGowan.
The acquisition significantly strengthens TFSG’s customer offering and service proposition, providing customers with broader specialist expertise and technical know-how, underpinned by high levels of intellectual property, particularly in fire certification, says the company.
It also offers opportunities for collaboration and synergy for TFSG as well as other companies in the owning svt Group, including passive fire protection specialists Odice SAS and Rolf Khun GmbH.
