Sternfenster won the Training Development Initiative of the Year award at the G23 Awards, for the second time in two years.

“This award is a significant win for everyone within the company,” said Managing Director Mike Parczuk.

“As a business, we invest in product development, machinery, IT and distribution, and all of those are key for the development of our business. But nothing is more important than the genuine investment in the people who actually run the business, without whom there would be no Sternfenster.

“So, as clichéd as this sounds, this award is genuinely thanks to everyone who works at Sternfenster, and I would like to congratulate each and every one of them.”

In October 2022, shortly before winning the same award at G22, the fabricator achieved IIP Gold, something only 23% of assessed businesses can claim, and it has now embarked on its ‘Pursuit for Platinum’, which would put it in the top 3% of all IIP-assessed companies.
