Elumatec (UK) and Emmegi (UK) have announced plans for a formal collaboration in the UK market, as part of the ‘One Company’ approach by the owning Voilàp Group.

Ian Latimer and Neil Parton, MDs of the two companies respectively, said in a joint statement: “This is an exciting new chapter for both our businesses and has been warmly welcomed by staff. We are still finalising our new operational structure, but we will certainly be working more closely together in the future, identifying new shared opportunities in the UK and Ireland and growing our combined market share.

“The benefits to customers will come in the form of better access to a broader range of machines and software, more servicing and maintenance resources, and more investment in process efficiencies.

“Our customers will continue to deal with their current emmegi or elumatec contacts, and can contact either of us directly for more information.”

“One Company’ is all about making the most of the synergies that exist in the individual Voilàp Group businesses, enhancing their inherent strengths and promoting individual talent. It is focused on excellence and growth – excellence in processes and service, and achieving growth by supporting customers to grow.”

In the UK, elumatec and emmegi will continue to operate alongside one another but with shared access to the other Voilàp brands.
