Hoppe (UK) has welcomed two new apprentices, Aimee Parry and Jessica Puri to its offices in Wolverhampton.

Aimee comes from the Walsall Academy, Wolverhampton, and will be learning all aspects of administration as part of her Level 3 qualification. She will also be covering the key skills needed as part of a sales executive role, as well as gaining experience across key business departments.

Jessica completed her product design degree from the University of Wolverhampton in 2017. She already has experience within the construction industry, previously working in design and development roles for steel fabricator Metek, and Marshalls Mono.

CEO Ged Ryan said: “It’s important to us that we’re recruiting talent from within the local area to develop into the next generation of architectural ironmongers. This is a great industry with a long heritage here in the West Midlands, and Wolverhampton in particular. The apprenticeship programme at Hoppe (UK) is a great opportunity for young people to start building their networks and to gain valuable knowledge and experience that will stay with them throughout their career.”
